Universal Orlando Website Question

Hi All, I am trying to order some gift cards from Universal Orlando's website and for some reason for the past two days it has said that it is down for matience, does anyone know how long this usually takes, would it be faster for me to wait for it to come back up or just call and try and order them. Thank You.
