I preordered the book on Friday using the code posted here to get it half off, and I just received it in the mail today??!? Did I have supremely good timing, or has it been out for awhile?

I ordered mine last week, and I got two e-mail confirmation e-mails, and I have the book in my hands today

I hope they send the book to you soon. You might want to follow up with them on it, since the books are going out fast.

well it says payment pending from paypal, until the 9th.. im not quite sure why, i dont think ive ever seen one pending that long, i ordered on the 2nd..

Where are you all ordering the book from, I tried ordering from amazon and it says estimated ship is in mid-November and we are going early Dec. and need it way before then.

I ordered on Saturday and received an e-mail after the holiday weekend to tell me I need to pay $10.56 shipping to the UK (totally worth it IMO to get a copy of the book before we go in Oct). I've just had e-mail confirmation it will be shipped today
