Universal OR Sea World ---- which would you go to with 6yo?

We are planning to buy 5-day hoppers to Disney and definitely go to Islands of Adventure. We are trying to decide whether to go to Universal Studios or to Sea World. We have a 6 year old daughter. Thanks for your info.

Also, what are "must-sees" at Universal Studios?

If you go to Universal, your daughter would probably like:

Animal Planet Live, KidZone (including ET), Jimmy Neutron, Shrek, nick Studios, Ghostbusters Show for sure.

Haven't been to Sea World in a long time, so I don't know what advantages it would be to go there. All I know is she can have fun at universal going on rides, seeing shows, and meeting some very cool characters from Scooby to Shrek to SpongeBob.

That's a tough one! I would say hands down, Universal, but if your child likes sea life and the likes than you may want to do Seaworld. Don't get me wrong, SW is a great park, but I prefer Universal, although they are two completely different experiences!

If u have the two park pass for universal/IOA then u should buy a SW ticket as u get 2nd day free and a 6yr old will love both

For SWF, ask the daughter if she wants to pet a Dolphin, throw a fish to a Sea Lion, touch a sting ray, and see Clydesdales up close.
For USF, ask if she wants to see Spongebob, Neutron, Barney, ET, and an animal show.
Both parks have play areas that will keep the kid busy for a couple hours. They can get wet in both of them, so bring a change of cloths.
SWF is a slower pace, more relaxing, plus you get beer samples. You'll have fun at either park.

IOA & USF is my pick!
Kinda what Robvia said tho, animal shows or characters & rides. Should be able to get 2-day tics at Universal for cheaper than 1-day IOA and 1-day Sea World too.
