I was at universal yesterday, and it was very pleasant experience as the weather was about 70 degrees with a slight overcast. Parks were nearly empty except for Harry Potter areas of both parks. Here are the normal queue times we came upon. These times are between 12 PM and 4 PM

Jurassic Park 5 Minutes Walk On
HP Forbidden Journey 20 Minutes
Dragon Challenge 15 Minutes
Cat in the Hat 5 Minutes

Universal Studios
Minions 20 Minutes
Shrek 20 Minutes
Rip Ride 15 Minutes
Mummy 5 Minutes Walk On
Escape from Gringots 10 Minutes Posted, 20 Minutes
MIB 15 Minutes
Simpsons 30 Minutes

With the exception of Shrek, Minions, HPFJ, and Simpsons Did all other rides in Just over 4 Hrs.
