We just heard about this mini golf place at the city walk and it seems pretty cool. Would like to get some feedback about it? Is it fun? Is it worth the money? Are there any coupons for it? Also post photos s9 I I can see what it looks like? Thanks

So much fun. We did the alien side. Expensive but once you've done it it feels worth it.

Yes but they will sell you a discounted mini golf pass when you do both sides

Sometimes your receipt will have a coupon for a discount for another game for the other side

Its not cheap - $14.99 per round (18 holes) for adults & $12.99 for children (http://www.hollywooddriveingolf.com/prices.html) You can upgrade to 36 holes if you want to complete both sides for an additional $11.99/$9.99

One neat thing you can do is the Meal and Mini-Golf package:

Meal and Mini-Golf Deal -
Enjoy a delicious dinner at one of CityWalk’s most popular restaurants PLUS your choice of two elaborately themed 18-hole courses that capture all the fun of the hilariously silly horror and sci-fi movies of the 1950’s for only $23.95!

You can pre-purchase this on Universal's site - https://www.universalorlando.com/Theme-Park-Tickets/CityWalk-Tickets.aspx

It can only be used at certain restaurants and there is a limited menu (also posted on the website) but if it meets your needs, it is a good deal.

We played both sides last month. The alien side is definitely more fun but you decide which one you want to play. Price is a bit steep for a family of 4 but you are on vacation anyways. The good part is you don't have to play both courses right away. We went late at night and it was so hot we had our receipt stamped so we could go to Menchie's for some cool down frozen yogurt and played the second course a few nights later.

The menu for the meal and mini golf is not very kid friendly....... our son wouldnt eat anything on that menu. You would think they would include kid food.

I'm so glad that you posted this! I must have skipped over it when building my "package". This is a good deal and we were planning on eating at Bob Marley's anyway!

It looks like most of them offer a chicken sandwich, the sushi place has California rolls. I'm actually having the opposite reaction of you. I'm glad to finally see a menu that isn't standard generic "kid food".

well our 10 year old is not going to eat a chicken sandwich or sushi. He likes typical kid food: chicken nuggets, hot dogs, pizza, etc.... considering it's a mini golf package which is a kid thing, you would think they would include a couple of kid friendly items that most kids like....

We did the alien side at night so everything was neon and lit up. Agree with other posters that it was a little on the expensive side. It was also crowded so you had to wait a little between holes but we really enjoyed it. It took us long enough to do the alien side that we were glad we hadn't signed up for both sides.

I thought it was very fun last December. We started out buying just one side, then did the scavenger hunt and got scratch off tickets. On those tickets we got BOGO games so we tried the other side. AP get discounts. If you're a pass memeber and going this month you get 20% off. Other than that I don't know. I do recommend going at night!

when i do the dine and golf package, i usually eat at margaritaville and get the burger plate.

so much cheaper going that route instead of without the meal coupon.

it is the same portion as the one on the menu.

We love the haunted side best, especially at night.........

Both sides are good though and worth it.

We've played both sides a few times and love it! It's geared towards ALL ages and you see teens and above loving the heck out of it.
