do you think its worth it to go to both in a day? or is there enough to do at universal to stay there an entire day?
the last 2 times i went to disney we went to 2 parks a day b/c all we do really is go on the rides. also, would islands of adventure be too scary for me? i love fast rides..upside down whatever thats cool with me. i just absolutely hate the feeling of free falling and a couple of the rides there look too intense for me. are there any exciting but sans the free falling ness rides there?

also, is there a number i can call for tickets? i cant find it online, and i also cant find the tickets where you can go to both parks in one day online but i know ive seen them on there before.

any help would be sooo appreciated! thank you! :teeth:

We spent a full week just at IOA/US. We loved it. There are many rides to do but if you do not like free falling you might want to avoid some of the US rides even though you do not leave your seat it seems like your are. Such as Spiderman and Back To The Future. Remember to bring your AAA card it gives you discounts.

They only sell the one day/two park at the gate not online. You can purchase a one day/one park online and later upgrade to the second park at Guest Services. This is often a good idea as you might not have time to get to the second park in one day. If you find you have the time to make it worthwhile to pay for the second park, just go to Guest Services and upgrade before you head over to the other park. It costs $10 plus tax to upgrade to the second park.

A one day/two park ticket at the gate costs $77.75 (this is the total price which includes the tax) If you buy a one day/one park ticket online for $59.75 plus tax (for a total of $63.64) , you can upgrade it for $10.65 (total price) to the two park at Guest Services so you will save a little over $3 that way.

I recommend doing it that way anyway just in case you don't have time to get to the second park. That way you wouldn't have paid for something you couldn't use.

thank you for the help! and i didnt even notice this forum was here haha sorry for posting this in the wrong one at first

also, the free falling feeling on those 2 rides, is it an intense feeling? i didnt mind the sort of free falling feeling from mission:space at all so i hope i wont mind these rides, i dont want to stand outside waiting on my friends lol

and are those the only two us rides with a free falling feeling? tia! :sunny:

I didn't think Spider Man was that scary (I mean the freefall), since you have the entire story of the ride to put you in context... And it's one of the best rides!!!!

When my fiancee and I went, we did all major attractions in the 2 parks in one day, but we went back a second day to redo our favorites and the ones we didn't do. WE were glad we did that since we got to experience a lot of stuff...

phamton, is an upgrade for a child's one day/one park ticket the same price of $10.65 or is it less?

It is $11 to upgrade the child's one day/one park to a one day/two park.
