Universal/IOA Veteran's Day weekend?

Hi everyone,

I haven't been to Universal in YEARS (before IOA was even there!) and my DH and I have been trying to go the past few years when we have gone to Disney, but we've never had the time! I finally want to go this November, and I'm thinking I'd like to go the Sunday before Veteran's Day. Would that be a bad idea? Would the parks be horrible? We would probably do both parks in one day, and we don't really care about the WWoHP, we're basically going for the roller coasters and the Simpsons ride. I mean, if we could check out the Harry Potter area, that would be nice, but it's not a priority!

Since Veteran's Day is on Sunday, it should be OK. Sundays are usually slower especially in November.
