I am probably missing the obvious but after reading some of the trip reports I got thinking about booking PRH & getting front of the line passes. I checked the virgin brochure & it says its access to the express line. Which is it & How do I get front of the line? Thanks in advance.

Your FOTL pass is your room key, you show it at the ride and away you go down the Express Pass line.

If you are staying just one night the trick is to check in at 8.00 am, they will give you your keys but won't give you your room. Drops your bags off at left luggage and hit the parks.

It's called a FOTL pass but it doesn't actually give you direct front-of-the-line access.

Unlike regular visitors, by showing your room key you can use the express queue as long as may times as you like in the day and do not have to use it during specific times or collect a pass (like regular visitors)

However, there is a thread over on the Universal resorts board about the resort guest FOTL system being limited until after 3pm only for peak times

Frances.

Even if they do limit the access to one ride per headliner attraction until after 3, it is still a fantastic perk... we couldn't consider doing US/IOA without it now... booked 2 days for next time!:teeth:

We stayed at the HRH last time and have just booked our next holiday at the RPR. As soon as you have checked in and have your room keys - you can use the FOTL service. Apparently during peak season (July and August) they are going to limit it to one FOTL for every ride till 3pm, then as many times as you like after that time. But by the time you have been once round everything and had lunch it's probably getting near to 3 anyway. The other trick is to not use it on short line rides then you can use FOTL for that ride if you want to go on again straight after!!

You also get priority seating at all the restaurants too........for example, we liked the Hard Rock Cafe and the queue to get in was always really long - but we just walked up to the front desk, showed our room keys and were shown a table after about a 5 min wait!!! That was super cool!!!
