Hi everyone. I just decided to take my daughter on a surprise trip as a belated birthday present this fall, and I made a reservation yesterday at Cabana Bay. It didn't prompt me to create an account, but I put all of my information in. I got a confirmation on screen which I saved to a .pdf, but I never got a confirmation email -- should I have? Also I thought one night deposit would be charged, but I have not been charged. Is there any way to check on a reservation with Universal? It seems strange not to be able to log in to an account and see it there. Thank you!
