Hello! We are going to Universal Hollywood for the first time and I am not sure where to start. Do you plan your day like you would DL ot DW or do you just go? Can you tell me everything you love about the park. What not to miss. What we can just walk by and not worry about. We are only spending one day there. My oldest has 12 to see Transformers and my turning 9 year old on the trip is kinda a go with the flow type of kid. Any advise. Thanks:thumbsup2

[Technically, this belongs in the Southern California Theme Parks forum]

I would have a touring strategy, but "it depends" - because there is one piece of information that I do not have.

Transformers is on the lower level of the park. This level used to open 1/2 hour later than the upper level, which is where you enter the park. If this is still true, my suggestion would be first to go on the Simpsons, then go down to the lower level for Transformers, Jurassic Park, and Curse of the Mummy, plus any entertainment, shopping or dining you want to do there. Then take the escalators back up for the Studio Tour and other attractions on the main level.

[If the 1/2 opening time difference isn't valid any more, then I might head for Transformers and the other lower lot attractions first.]

If you arrive at opening, you should be able to "do it all" and have time to shop or eat dinner at City Walk.
