Universal gift card

Does anyone have experience using the US/IOA gift cards you can buy online? I'd like to buy some for our upcoming trip. I noticed on the website that they offer US, IOA, CityWalk, etc... Are these all interchangeable? Are you just buying the "look" of the card, but they can be used anywhere in US, IOA, CityWalk? I also noticed it says it can be used at participating places... Will most shops, restaurants, in the parks and CityWalk take them or is it a waste and only few places accept them? If I buy one online in the US Section, can that card also be used in IOA & CityWalk? The website is a little confusing and it's not in the FAQ section. You may have to actually go to the site to understand what I am saying... The cards are divided in sections/categories

I buy them online before trips and use them at the hotel, parks, city walk, etc

They are just card designs. You pick the one you like and you can use them just about everywhere ( some carts/kiosks might not take them but most stores do).I order them every year before our trips and use them all over Universal Orlando
