Universal Express Question

My mom just purchased online the 2 day hopper ticket + the single use Universal Express with her credit card. We have the days selected on the Express pass & the tickets printed out already. I am very unhappy she got the single use Express pass. I had wanted the unlimited use one. My mom bought the tickets with her credit card & I will be going to the park to use them. Is there anyway when I get to the park I can upgrade from the single use express to the unlimited express by paying cash? She's not giving me her credit card. It's only a $20 difference!

As long as your name is on your ticket and your express pass, you should be able to go to guest services and upgrade. They are always happy to take your money!

The 2 day park hopper is bundled with the unlimited express. The 2 day hopper she purchased with the single use express came to $309. The 2 day hopper with unlimited express comes to $330 which was not purchased but I know it's about a $20 difference because I added it to the cart on my computer just to see how much more it would cost for the unlimited express with the 2 day hopper ticket I've got. I am able to upgrade I hope in cash to the unlimited express? I won't have her credit card when I go to the parks.

Can she call the ticket people to see if she can get this switched? EP is supposed to be nonrefundable, but since you aren't even there, maybe there is something they can do to switch this.
