Universal Express pass plus

We are visiting next year between april and may, will we need these tickets or will the parks be quiet?

How much do these express plus tickets cost?

We already have a week ticket to both parks, but were just wondering if it would be worth purchasing these tickets also.

As long as it isn't Easter or Memorial Day week, you should be fine without the passes.
