Universal Express Pass on a Monday

My daughter and I are going to Universal Oct 20 and 21, just for the daytime, not for HHN. I'm trying to decide if we can forgo Express Pass and still do most of the attractions. I understand Sunday will be busy, but if we save most of the popular attractions for Monday, will we be ok without Express?

You'll be able to see everything without Express.

Currently the only really long wait is for Jurassic World and if you go there towards the end of the day it's usually down to 20/30 min wait.
