I'm sure they want it open before 2030 which will be Disneyland's 75th.

My point was that they announced other expansions a year before they started construction. Avengers Campus expansion seems to be moving along at a decent pace but Coco and Avatar are

Both Avatar and Coco are expanding the actual footprint of the park, not just back stage areas like Avengers. I assume because of this there are extra steps they need to take in permitting etc.

They are currently constructing a fence outside onto Disneyland drive the effectively expands DCA's boundaries.
