even if line cutting is an issue, this seems to be more trouble than it's worth.
I've actually never seen line cutting but then I'm always in the express line.
Agreed. TM's get enough flack as it is. You're now going to make them bouncers?? All its going to do is upset people, which is bad for business.
I had kids cut in front of me to join their friends, and I just don't think it's that big of deal. .
what about this scenario? Group of 10-15 people is in line with their new numbered tickets but decides they're going to be late for a lunch meeting with another group, so they go out of line, do the people who were behind them have a problem then?
Since this system is new, they may not have worked the bugs out of it yet, but my assumption is that those 10-15 people would, logically, hand the numbered cards back to the TM at the entrance when they leave the line, and that TM would have to notify the TMs inside that there will be a gap of 10-15 people in the sequence.
Of course, the people ahead and behind the missing 10-15 would confirm that a large group actually left the line.
That sounds crazy to me! I'm on vacation, not at work. That and I think you give people too much credit for doing the right thing (returning the #'s). Just my opinion but I believe this system would fail miserably. This scenario featured a group leaving the line, it would be just as confusing and time consuming if clusters of couples did the same.
I am a line blocker too, It really bothers me for someone to be so rude, to think that they are more important than me! I have been just about run over in the Mummy by teenagers.
I'm curious how it would work on dueling dragons...![]()
Me too, because the Express Pass people just merge in with the stand-by people. I don't like it when it's busy, because stand-by people don't want to let Express Pass people in......they don't understand, or maybe they do....
