Universal Dining plan HELP!?

i've been to the parks a few times but never got this before
but with us going to HHN this yeah we were thinking about giving it a try?

I've looked on the website etc but it doesn't explain much if i buy this for either the one park or two does it mean i can eat as much as i want throughout the day in that park?
or is it just for one meal?

also the coke freestyle cups do you think they will being out a HHn one like they did last year for jack?

The counter service dining plan would cover your enter and beverage for the meal you purchased it at
You also receive a coupon for one beverage and one snack within the 14 day time period of buying tjat meal plan

It is not a program that allows you to eat free the entire day

I'm still a bit confused as for the drink part if using in Leaky Cauldron or 3 Broomsticks. Can we get Butterbeer or any of the special drinks (Pumpkin Juice, I think there is another one) as a drink? I know the frozen butterbeer counts as a snack.

All butterbeer is a snack.

I believe the only drinks that are included are the regular fountain drinks (lemonade, iced tea and cider) and not the specialty drinks.

When I wasthere in May 2015 and Sept 2015, pumpkin fizz counted as a drink. Love it!

Yes as long as it isn't the pumpkin juice in the bottles but it one of the standard fountain drinks, it is included.
