I had a Universal Discover card years ago and then they discontinured the program. I had enough points to get a one day ticket, and then t-shirt. Who is running this card?

How old do you have to be to apply for a card?

Most of the cards I have seen require the applicant to be 18 years old unless you have a parent or guardian as the primary card holder.
