Universal Cinematic Dining Experience at Lombard's

Hello all.

Going to Universal for the first time in a long time.

Does anyone know when they start to let you onto the viewing deck for dessert if you have the Cinematic Spectacular Dining experience?

I'm trying to time dinner so that we can pretty much walk out to the deck after we eat for dessert and find a good spot to view the show.

I know you can never tell how quickly you will get seated or they will serve you but wanted to try and figure out what the best reservation time might be.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
