It's like Disney dollars, fake money that's only good at Universal Studios, IOA or most any place on the property. We get it by touring timeshares, 80 to 100 dollars a pop. It's paid for several nice meals and in 2 weeks it's paying for a night at the Hard Rock Hotel.

When you go inside the parks there will be "Information Booths", there is one in Universal Studios between Men In Black and the Fear Factor (or whatever it is they are going to show now) stage. The ones in IOA are over by Spiderman and in Jurassic Park. Representatives from various timeshare resorts will be there offering incentives for you to tour their resorts. They will give you a choice of things like Blue Man Group tickets, Universal Dollars or cash. You can also get a free meal while you are there for the tour, good for the budget

We go to US/IOA 2-4 times a year so we have lots of free time for touring. We also knew we would have company over so we hit a lot of tours. We got lots of Universal dollars but only because we had a goal in mind. Otherwise we would have taken cash or tickets. Universal or Disney dollars are magic for the companies because you can only use them on property and lots of them end up in a drawer, unused, which is 100% profit.
