Im going to Universal Studio in January. However, I am staying at the Pop Century ( A Disney Resort). Is there a bus service is place to people from Disney Resorts to Universal Studios?

There is no "official" shuttle that takes you back and forth between WDW and Universal.

We always rent a car, so I am not the best person to answer this. But from what I have read on these boards in the past:

There have been some threads on here that have listed the public bus roues. That is a possibility, but from what I remember, a LOT of transfers.

The easiest is a shuttle service like Mears or a taxi.

You might get more information if you hop on over to the transportation board. There are several threads on the best way to get between the parks.
