Universal bucks ?

just saw on a Disney dollars thread that there are also Universal Bucks. Anyone know anything about these? Where do we get them? Can we call and order? Do they give change back?
Are there also SeaWorld bucks?

U can buy them at Universal for use in parks however u do not get change from them so if something is $15 and u pay $20 iniversal u lose $5 also if u pay $10 real money & $10 iniversal no change either not really any incentive to buy them is there
