I'm looking at going to US arounf Dec 22 & 23, just how busy can it get around Christmas?

Is after Christmas usually worse? What about Christmas Day?

Up until Christmas it's usually not too bad but the week after Christmas is historically one of the busiest times of the year for all theme parks in the area. Staying onsite would be a huge help!
