Universal App Question

I downloaded the app and I am not in FL. I can see wait times. Isn't is supposed to be location based and wait times not available unless you are on site? They seem to change. Are these just random times Universal is giving me to mess with me or am I just lucky?

They used to be location defendant but the changed that.
