Before I updated the app, I found it easier to get to the mobile ordering page. Post update, the only way I can see the mobile order screen/menus is to click on the Dining button on the home page, which then takes you to a map. Then I click on the horizontal lines in the top right corner to get a list view, then you can click through and see menus/mobile ordering for the applicable places.
The Mobile Food and Drink Ordering article indicates that there should be an Order Food and Drinks button on the homepage, but it mentioned having to set up an account and wallet. I have not done that yet, so I’m thinking that’s why it’s not showing up
