Universal 2 Parks 1 Day?

We'll be staying at WDW in early Dec for a vow renewal and vacation. We plan to spend a one day at Universal. We've been once before but would like DS (7) to see attractions at both parks this time around. We'd like to hit all the Marvel Superhero stuff and HP @ IOA and Despicable Me & Transformers at Universal.

Since we've only been to IOA once I'm wondering can it be done? We are early risers and are always at the parks at opening.

early december is not a crowded period.


if you are staying offsite, be at the park gates early.
there will already be guests in the parks during the early entry period which is one hour prior to the official opening time.

buy a park to park ticket so you can visit both parks on the same day.

hit ioa first for parry hotter then move on to marvel land.

skip over to the studios then for the other rides.

hopefully you will be fine.

avoid the weekends if possible.
sometimes they have a higher attendance on saturdays.

Normally I wouldn't recommend both parks in a single day but since you are only interested in specific attractions, you could do everything on your list w/o any problems during early December.
