I ordered a 2 day adult ticket for Universal Orlando with my reward points. I received the envelope with the packing slip today, but there was no ticket inside. I called and talked to a customer service rep that seemed to be at a total loss as to what to do. He took my information and forwarded it to the Resolution Department. Has this happened to anyone else? I ordered a 2 day ticket prior to this and got it with no problem.We are going to US next month. I hope they resolve this problem quickly.
