Unity Candles, Decorations etc for SBP

I was wondering when do you hand over things you would like to use during the ceremony ie Unity Candles etc to your wedding planner so they can set everything up before you both arrive. Is it the day beforehand as i presume you dont actually get to meet your W.Planner till just before the ceremony

I def wanna have a Unity Candle ceremony as i think they re beautiful plus i was given as a gift last year the Mickey & Minnie ring pillow.

I really love it but i ve got no ring bearer so was hoping it could be placed on the same table as the wedding cake.

Are we allowed to add items to the table with the cake on though?? If anyone has done this what have you placed on it?

truely! that ring pillow is adorable! we aren't having a RB either, but my dad is going to carry the rings. My mom thinks a pillow is still a good idea -- do you know where it came from?

My df brought it from Ebay, i checked before i posted my pic of it to see if there was 1 on Ebay but there is nt that i could find. Had to get the image from Google. Google also seemed to have a pic of another Mickey Ring Pillow but i did nt like it so much

I so want to at least have it on display during the ceremony/reception otherwise im never gonna get to use it

Check with your WC. Mine just had me send ours over with the groom in the limo ahead of us (the grooms group goes to the site first). Then, by the time I got there, everything was set up. I know some brides have shipped things down as well. That's why I would check with your WC to see what his/her preference is.

You can have whatever you want set up on your cake table...your DF will bring the stuff and give it to your planner when he meets her......the pillow is adoable!!!

We are going to drop all our things off to our WP the friday before the wedding (which is on wednesday the next week)--sand ceremony set/programs/and stuff for at the reception.

I would just ask your WP- it was no big deal to drop the stuff off early

I heard this happens all the time at SBP or other outdoor locations. I am doing the sand ceremony. I think the sand ceremony fits in well with the "sea" location

Celeste told us that we could either drop everything off at Franck's the Friday before the wedding OR give everything to her at the rehearsal the day before the wedding OR get it to her a few hours before the wedding.

Since we had a brial suite in BWI, I decided to just let her pick it up from there a few hours before the wedding.

We had two boxes of stuff.
