Had an email on Tuesday, with just 10 days to go that UA had cancelled our flight to Orlando and stuck us on a much later one:mad: Very cross as we only booked with them as they get in so much earlier in the day!

Anyway, after much wrangling we've managed to rebook for the afternoon before!:):)

Just means we won't stay at Le Meridien, Heathrow on the Sunday night but will fly out and then arrive at MCO midnight and stay at Hyatt instead for that night:):)

More time in Florida...yippee!!!

Phew!

Sorted flights and hotels, now just have to sort out new times with happy Limo:)

 Just what you don't need, Angel - more planning! . . . .but it's turned out all ok in the end :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Well done for getting it sorted out to your advantage - hope you got your money back on the the Meridien at Heathrow? What a pain though...

OMG - We're flying united in June.....(...wow that's next month.....!!!!) Hope they don't make a habit if it!!

Was that Chicago or Washington to Orlando?? What flight?

Thanks...I feel a but apprehensive about our flights now..

We're flying on 17th May via Chicago with United.
Now I'm worried:confused:

We're flying with United, via Washington (from Manchester) in August, I'd be interested to know if they make a habit of this, or is it just an isolated case?

Glad to hear its all sorted now.

We flew with United last year and had no problems:)

They have changed their schedules on some of their routes.

As Mark says, they seem to have changed their schedules on some routes. We're flying via washington, what was to have been 8 am flight. Hope none of you have the same problem, or at least they let you know in more time!!

Annie, yes we managed to get our money back on the Meridien (via ABC extras), just had to pay £7.50 admin charge, so that wasn't too bad I suppose...anyway it almost paid for the Hyatt:)

Florida here we come!:)

Not sure if it's part of your plan, but the buffet breakfast in the Hemisphere restaurant in the Hyatt is excellent and well worth trying - not too expensive, either. Service is good too.

Julie

Thanks Julie!
we were wondering what to do about breakfast that day!:)
