Hi, I got my deed in the mail yesterday after it was recorded in the court. Can anyone tell me where unit 49A is? I'd like to go take a look at my doorknob next time I'm there lol. My share isn't even big enough to say the card reader thing too, but maybe the door knob. Thanks, I know I've seen this info on here before.

I know how you feel. We own a part of 52C or we and whole bunch other families own unit 52C... I would love to think i own a door knob but with my luck i probably own the toilet paper holder...or the flush handle...

That is by far the best description yet i have heard for what we own at DVC!!! Thanks so much for the much needed laugh. Thank goodness i need a refill on my coffee or i would be cleaning my computer screen!

I like to think i at least own the flat screen TV in my unit. can't remember which unit number is on mine.

Someone else can probably give you an exact room number, but...

49A is a single 2-bedroom lockoff unit, on the 8th floor, on the outside of the curve toward the end toward the Contemporary hotel. It is the 3rd 2br from the end (the end unit is a 2br dedicated, the 2nd from the end is a 2br lockoff, 49A is 3rd from the end.)

Naw, we own 0.8% share and that is 220 points... You had a good question and i did look for the building plans but was able only to find the permit, which is mostly soil core information. In honesty, i would also like to know which room is which unit. It has to be out there somewhere. The real problem is the permit and plans were given out by reedy creak develop, who runs the town Disney World is part of, the only problem is RCD is Disney... So they gave themselves the permit.... You should be able to request the floorplan from Member Administration, which is what I did to obtain the unit number information for VGC (Orange County California does not make documents available online).

To be more accurate, your maintenance fees pay for the production of and cleaning up of Okapi poop.

If you go to the link given by nonsuch, click on "I accept", search for document number 20090689588 you will find your unit in the drawing. Mine is a couple pages down...
