unique ring tones for iPhones

So my friend sent me a really cool ring tone via a text. But how do I actually get it to be my ring tone?

It won't let me save it to my phone. It lets me save it to Yahoo mail, but when I open it there, it also won't let me save it to my phone.

Since ya'll know everything (truly) I sure hope someone can help me actually use this ring tone!!

I used an app called Ringtones to make my MSEP ringtone. They had a pretty good Youtube tutorial on how to use it and I bet part of it would help you. I had to sync my phone with my computer, but drag and drop the file onto my computer, then bring it into my iTunes account. It's been a couple of years, so I don't remember the nitty gritty detail, but if you find that tutorial, maybe it would help you. Good luck!
