I'm hoping you all can help me with a situation, perhaps one or some of you have had experience in this ...
Here's the situation, the New Jersey Half Marathon (Long Branch Half Marathon) is April 27, 2014, the day after we get off the Disney Fantasy after a 7 night Eastern Caribbean Cruise!
Has anyone had any experience with running right after a cruise? Yes, we've done the Castaway Cay 5K, but has anyone done any longer races? Do the "sea legs" bother you?
How about the whole situation of getting off the ship, getting on a plane, getting home, getting some rest (from vacation haha) ... then getting up early the next morning to run?
