Unique Dining Experiences during Festival of the Masters?

"A taste of the unique dining experiences at Downtown Disney will be offered at several locations including House of Blues, Bongos Cuban Café, Planet Hollywood, Portobello Yacht Club, Fulton’s Crab House, Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop, and Rainforest Café" during the Festival of the Masters, November 7-9. That's from Deb's website and all I know. Any more informatin from veterans of this Festival? Are these just samples of the food? What's unique about it? Thanks.

Usually just samples of food from the restaurants there...they have never started serving early enough when we have been there...so we haven't been able to try what they put out.
