JORDYN or CALEIGH and I think the middle name will be ROSE unless she changes her mind!again!! LOL!!

I think Caleigh Rose is so pretty!

If my youngest had been a girl (obviously, he's a boy), he would have been Bridget Coeli

Coeli is Gaelic for heaven, pronounced Chay-lee

Julia

Some of the other names I had picked out Madison Alicia, April Nicolle, Nadia Nicole, & Cheyenne Inez.

Both of those names are really cute. As I posted before, my niece's name is Jordyn Lynn so I am partial to that one, even though I like that she is one of the few who has it spelled this way. :sunny: Good Luck

Some of these are very old, and now can be used for both boy/girl. My daughter's first and middle names are Sawyer Reed. I have always loved old movie stars names (Greer Garson and Meryle Oberon). :flower1:

Sawyer
Reed
Elora
Quinn
Shaye
Greer
Meryle
Claire
Amarah
Aiyana

My daughter has some favorite names from her ballet class:

Rikaya
Trudy
Celene
Brenna

I also have 2 boys, but the names I picked for them would have also been their names had they been girls:

Darrell-(Daryl for a girl)
Deven-(Devyn for a girl)

GOOD MIDDLE NAME! MINE IS ROSE AS WELL. :flower3:

I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE THE TIME TO READ THROUGH THE THREAD TO SEE IF ARALYN HAS BEEN POSTED. MY DHS COUSIN NAMED HER DAUGHTER THAT. WHENEVER WE HAVE GONE THROUGH BOOKS WE NEVER FIND IT!

I AM SURE THAT WHATEVER YOU PICK WILL BE BEAUTIFUL!

My DDs are Cypress Kendel and Scarlett Lynmarie. We always get so many compliments on their unique first names!

I like the Welsh "Carys" (I think that's the spelling, pronounced like "Paris" with a "C".)

I always liked the name "Jasmine", and this is a family name on my husband's side; however, so many little girls got that name after the Aladdin movie came out, so I couldn't do it! (Well, that and the fact that we had two boys...) :rotfl:

I also like "Kaia/Kaya"; one of my DS5's friends has this name, and she's the sweetest little girl!

We had planned to name a girl "Catherine Belle", because we loved the names together and wanted to honor my DH's grandmother, who had been named Orabelle. Catherine also happened to be the name of DH's ex-stepmom, whom we both adore. As if that weren't enough, DH really enjoyed the show "JAG", and turns out the hot female character on that show had that name!

Liesel and Lisbeth

Opps those are my two girls names. :goodvibes

Thats crazy! My little Sister's name is Liesel and we have never met another Liesel. .... Well maybe once, but it was a loooong time agao while on vacation in Hawaii and haven't heard of one since! My name is also from the sound of music - "Gretl"; however I am older than Liesel.... in the movie the oldest is Liesel and the baby is Gretl. We always got/get the comment - "Oh, your parents must have liked the Sound of Music, huh?" :confused3 LOL

If we would have had a girl, her name would have been Nathalie Lauren or Jordan Cayleigh. We had 2 boys so we never made the final decision.

Natalie Lauren is my nieces name. I very much like the name Lauren as a first name as well and had it on our list of names for our girls before she was born. but now that we are expecting dear Son #3, we threw that girl names list right our the window! :joker:

There are some real dooseys out there. You just wish people would think about the child as a person that is gonna be stuck with the crazy name for their whole life!!!
My favorite was "Fairy Finks" - and I personally saw this on a legal document so it was not hearsay.

I have always loved unique names. My family, not so much. My DD10's name is Paige, not so uncommon anymore. My DS5 is Cross (heard it on the last Don, stuck with me). My DS1 is Jagger. If he would have been a girl he would have been Tallulah. My family thought I was joking, but I wasnt. I also like Poppy and Lola.
On baby bulletin boards I never post my opinion on names because people can be so nasty if they dont "approve". But nobody is doing that here so...

Happy naming!!! :goodvibes

Ashley

Not sure of the spelling but I went to school with a girl name Chancie and I have always liked the name. I also have a couple others I really like Peyton and Samantha. :surfweb:

I love unique names too. My girls both have unique names that aren't too off the wall, but are unique enought to probably not have 4 million of them in their 1st grade classes. (My name is Amy and there were FIVE of us in my first grade class).

Anyway, DD4 is named Halina and DD1 is named Eliza.
