Uninviteds...

Have any of you asked Disney about this? Just out of curiosity, what happens in the case of a guest showing up with an uninvited person, or someone who had declined the invite showing up anyway? Does Disney have any particular policy towards the set guest list, or is it just up to hosting family to grin and bear it?

Oh yes it happened to me! I had cousins of my DH rsvp with their 2 teenage kids although we had only invited the parents. WE called them and told them the kids weren't invited and supposedly they were cool with it. Come wedding day, they showed up! I don't know how they got seats but they did - Disney didn't charge us but then again, we had a couple people not show up to the reception last minute. That's probably why but it happens. Oh, and we had one of DH's nephews bring a girlfriend too (tacky!) but again, we had 4 people not show up and then 3 uninvited guests.

It's horrible but it happens.

Not sure on Disney's policy since our numbers were lower than what we had anticipated... but I just wanted to warn you that it happens.
