Unhappy with Happy Limo

We used Happy Limo last March after reading several great reviews. Back in March, they were terrific. Not sure what happened since then, but our experience, both ways, last week were horrendous. We reserved 2 booster seats and at the last minute, they changed drivers on us and sent a driver who had zero booster seats. His response was that "use of car seats and booster seats are not prevalent in Florida." One of my kids is 3. When I called the main number there was no concern whatsoever that this happened. On the return trip, we had booked a suburban for our family of 4 (with 2 small kids). A stretch limo fully done up with flashing lights and smelling like a bad smokey bar showed up. Only 2 shoulder seat belts and no other seat belts found (even by driver). My 6 year old drover with the window open holding a plastic bag because the stench made him sick. My husband and I rode sideways with no belts and both got sick from the ride and smell. The driver said, "I'm just the driver" and the main number told me I was the only person to complain about an "upgrade" and that there "was no way there was anyone ever smoking in the limo." We are beyond disappointed with them and will be using another company for our next trip.

OMG. I'm so sorry about your experience. Obviously sounds as if they could have cared less about your concerns. What a shame.

Thanks for posting. We have never used them, and are not likely to now! Sorry you had that experience.
