Unfortunate last names

I used to work with a guy whose last name was Buttkiss. Spelled exactly like that.

Was his first name Dick? lol Poor Dick Butkus had to have had a tough time growing up. (it sounds more like Buttkiss than anything else)

My cousing worked as a nurse in labor and delivery. A lady had twins and named them Lemonjello and Orangello. Another gem was La-a. Pronounced Ladasha. No joke.

I hope you were alone when you were saying it out loud. I can just imagine someone with the front door open and their back to it and the mailman is on the porch and hears someone saying Mike Hunt out load over and over again!

I don't post much but had to jump in on this thread. One of my good friends from high schools last name is Raper, we always called her Rape. We would be out in public and yell "RAPE!!" never thought about what we were actually saying! lol I also have a friend who's last name is Peters, her mothers name is Fanny, she is Fanny Peters. Gotta love it!

So do you think I am lying because I don't post much or that it is not possible to have a friend with the last name Raper and Peters. My friends mother was not born Fanny Peters, it is her married name, so it just happened that way. Just trying to join in the fun with the thread, and I get someone at my post.
