Did anyone else get an email regarding tips for your upcoming Moonlight Magic event when you didn't register for the event?

I did not register for the 12/15 event nor will we be there for the event, yet the email congratulates me for registering for it. I don't even have a reservation for the date of the event.

Nope but wow!! You were pixie dusted! Maybe it’s like the “sorry wrong number” days something got altered by mistake…or long shot someone registered as you. However you should have received the original confirmation email.

I’d call member service & see what they show in their end.

I figured it is an IT mess up, but if I am really registered, I wouldn't want to take the space of someone that is there and could go to the event. I never received a registration confirmation, so it is probably not a real registration. I will call to make sure.

I received the email, but I am registered for the event. HOWEVER, the email says the digital event guide was attached, but it wasn't. I called member services, and the person I spoke with said the digital event guide should be in My Plans in the MDE app. Moonlight Magic has never shown up in My Plans. I added it in as a "Note" after registering, but it never showed up there on its own. I explained all of this to the cast member, and she told me to refresh my app. :rolleyes2

1) Is there a way to enter my registration code into MDE to add the event to My Plans?
2) Besides the attachment in the email (that was not actually attached to the email), is there another way to access the event guide?

Got this too, and a followup email saying "opps, please disregard". Disney IT never ceases to amaze!
I never got the follow up email. I did contact Member Services and they said that the email did go out in error. They asked if we had been to an Animal Kingdom event earlier in the year. We went to a Hollywood Studios one in September, but didn't go to Animal Kingdom this year.

In the past, they have handed out paper event guides when you enter the park or get your wristband. I've never tried to add it to my plans.

If this works, the attachment to this message is the DAK Moonlight Magic guide from November in PDF form.
Thai you so much for posting this. We are going in a couple of days and we’re hoping to do some preplanning!

We're also going to the Moonlight Magic event at AK on 1/20/26! I read somewhere that we might receive snack vouchers? Has anyone gone recently to one of these events? Does that mean each person in your party gets one voucher? I'm trying to do a little preplanning and figure out if we should eat before we go to the party, or if there will be enough food options for dinner. Thanks for any help you can offer!

3 snack vouchers per person plus a few spots that give out ice cream (Mickey bars and sandwiches, fruit bars). Snack vouchers can be used at most restaurants before closing if you arrive as early as possible. "Snack" follows the Dining Plan definition. There will be QR codes on-site to give you the list of what is open plus snack menus.

Eat something before you go. The snack vouchers are nice but not really a substitute for a meal. After doing the Safari I was looking around in Africa to use one and the offering was dumplings from Kusafiri. Dry dumplings. Not very amazing. I turned my next 2 vouchers in for the glazed pecans while going towards the Jungle Trek area.

There may have been better options than the dumplings elsewhere but I didn't seek them out.

Thank you! This is helpful. Does anyone know if Satuli Canteen stays open during the party?
