Anyone familiar w/this company? I'm referring to the one out of Tyson's Corner, Virginia.

Exactly what kind of company is it?

The company I'm thinking of is an ISP company.

They are a little more than an ISP. They are responsible for a lot of the internet "backbone." If UUNET has problems, we all have problems. Exactly what kind of info are you looking for? Are you interested in working there?

The reason I ask is that someone from there tried to send me a Trojan Horse yesterday at 5PM.

I got a little more info from my IP tracking device, and they also gave an 800 number to report abuse to. Maybe I'll call it later on. If they want specifics, I have it.

I received 2 viruses myself last week. I never pay much attention to the return email address, since its usually not intentional. Also, the email address you are seeing could be just another victim and not really the person who sent it to you.

Tina, it didn't come via e-mail, at least it never showed up with my e-mails.

I have a Firewall, whenever there is an intrusion attempt, I'll get a little warning sign, and a click on button for more info. That's when I find out their IP address.

With my IP tracking device, I can give them the IP address, and it'll track it to where it's coming from. Even though this person sending the Trojan Horse is using UNet as their IP provider, it does give specifics as to "who" the Trojan Horse is coming from.

UNet could trace (with the info I'd provide) which one of their customers is sending out the Trojan Horse.

You can also send this to your ISP that your computer uses as well.
