I transferred points to a friend about a week ago for use during the second week of December 2014. Because she has to call in to make a reservation using transferred points, I don't think she will be able to get a booking because the room type she wants sells out before 9AM EST when member services opens.
Can she call and undo the transfer? If I take the points back, I can make the reservation for her online from my account right at 8AM.
