Undersize vs. Regular Verandah

I am sailing on the Disney Dream to the Bahamas. What is the difference between an undersized verandah and a regular verandah?

OK, I like a bargain, obstructed verandah - sure, even snagged an obstructed porthole on the Magic for an inside rate for an outside room...but this thing is REALLY tiny in my opinion

That is seriously tiny!! We ended up going with a full size verandah.
