Just thought I should pop in and let you all know that Mike is back in the hospital. It seems he passed out briefly the other night. I've only heard from Robin a couple times. They're doing lots of tests. Will try keep this thread updated as best I can.

Yes, we're home and Mike is ok. He was watching Modern Family, started laughing, then coughing and blacked out. The Dr believes that when he started coughing, his blood pressure dropped, causing him to pass out. He was only out around 15 seconds. I called his name loudly and tapped his face, he took a deep breath and woke up.

They called is a syncope episode. It lowers your BP and slows the heart rate down. In his case, they said the pacemaker won't let the heart stop. That's comforting to know. His BP must have dropped.

He's doing ok now and finds himself reluctant to laugh too hard. That's tough around here.

He a little weak and foggy...still unsteady on his feet, but will get stronger over time.

Thanks for all of your concerns and we will continue to keep this thread going. We would like to add some additional pics and experiences of our trip.

Mike and Robin...you will be so proud of my little guy. JJ is joining the Navy Sea Cadets! So he will be a Navy recruit at the age of 10...LOL
We went to his base yesterday and met his fellow Cadets...let me just say what a breath if fresh air it is to have kids who are genuinely kind and welcoming instead of mean and uninviting. So we go back next month and he will get his uniforms....
