Back in the day, I Would go to Ellen's energy adventure and country bears to get out of the heat for a while....They had short waits and space and AC.

Obviosly there have been a lot of changes in how thi gs work/ flow....What are your take a break areas in each park?

Thanks for sharing!

Shows are always a good shout for this. In addition to the ones already mentioned, the Pixar Shorts theater in Epcot is nearly always empty and has fantastic A/C. Same with the Vacation Shorts in HS.

I also like small world in MK for that because it's a pretty long ride and almost never has a long wait (unless it's a very busy day).

In MK if you’re looking to get indoors, carousel of progress or mickeys philarmagic are a couple we like. Others have mentioned people mover which we also like.

Epcot if you get to the American pavilion early enough before Voices of Liberty you can get one of the few benches inside and have a non ground seat for it. The theater in the pavilion also has seats for the American adventure. You can ride Nemo which usually has a low wait. The aquarium outside Nemo has some bench type seating also.

At HS we like Indiana jones. It’s outdoors so if you go into the summer it may not be a great break (we go winter time so it’s usually nice). The theater beside frozen (I’ve never done so not sure if frozen is indoors) seems to have something different in there (went when it was something with Star Wars now it’s some type of shorts) but it’s a good break spot.

We don’t spend much time in AK so can’t help there. We usually just ride the few things we like, maybe have a meal, then leave.

MK - People Mover/Country Bears/small world/Philarmagic
Epcot - Living with the Land/Figment/Nemo/Gran Fiesta/Any country that has an indoor show( Canada, China, France, US)
DHS - Frozen Sing a long/Vacation animated short (the theater next to Frozen sing along)
AK - Lion King/Nemo(I find the seats not comfortable at all, it might be since I don't like the show I'm just nitpicking things)

(I actually favor the Carousel of Progress over Small World because if the song gets stuck in my head it's a bit more tongue in cheek!😂

DHS - One Man's Dream. Especially the movie or preview at the end of the walk through.

MK:
-Hall of Presidents
-Country Bears
-Philharmagic
-People Mover
-Seating area between the restroom and Flying carpets (there are tables and chairs, and rounded bench like seating.
-Tortuga Tavern seating

Epcot:
-Awesome Planet
-The Land food court area
-Starbucks
-American Adventure
-France: either B&B singalong or impressions.
-Odyssey building if it’s open
-Goofy’s
-Disney and Pixar Short film
Communicore Hall if they have seating available.

Animal Kingdom
-The more distanced seating for Flame Tree

Hollywood Studios
-The shows with backrests like Frozen, Villains, Little Mermaid,
-One Man’s Dream

AK - Lion King/Nemo(I find the seats not comfortable at all, it might be since I don't like the show I'm just nitpicking things)

The seating isn’t comfortable. Doesn’t have backrests or cushions, but does have air conditioning. (I do like shows)
