Does anyone have experience using Undercover Tourist for Disney Tickets? Is it a reliable source?

I agree about signing up for the newsletter - very worthwhile and free.

I've used them as well - prices were the best available and I received the tickets quickly and safely. I've also read quite a bit about their excellent customer service, though I didn't need to use it since everything went so smoothly.

Awesome experience. We order from them EVERY time. The only time I wouldn't is if I had an entire vacation package booked. We are DVC members and haven't found a more reliable, less expensive option. Not only are their prices good, but their customer service is *OUTSTANDING*.

Obviously, I can't recommend them enough.

I purchased a no-expiration ticket last year and had no issues. Their prices include tax and shipping, still cheapest I have found.

We've used them many times... great prices and exceptional customer service. One time I had an issue - had to cancel our trip, just a few days after purchasing tickets - and they refunded my money right away. I was truly amazed and have become a very loyal customer!

I have purchased thru them a few times...great price and quick shipping, free, I believe. I was also able to add a day to my tix while at wdw. Will probably buy from this for our upcoming trip.

We've never done it (no urge to), but many many people have had the Concierge desk people put their UCT-purchased tickets onto their keycards.

I've purchased from them in the past, and like everyone else, had a very good experience.

I went to the front desk at the hotel and they were able to add the tickets to the keys without issue.

We were able to have them put on our KTTW cards at the resort desk.
