They have a new iphone app with current wait times that is currently selling for 1.99 at the apps store...

Thought I would throw that out there for anyone interested, It does say it is currently at %50 off.

Mine just crashes after showing the title screen.

Turning off and restarting the iphone or deinstalling and reinstalling the App didn't work either. Any idea how to get it working?

Mine has been working with no problems so far. I have only used it to look at wait times and park maps.

Does anyone know how the wait times are calculated? Are they "official" from Disney somehow or are they based upon user's input like the other wait time apps?

Surely it doesn't give you official Disney wait times...does it?

I just tried this app. It looks pretty amazing. But I didn't expect it would make me sad.

Space Mountain has a 20 min wait, and I'm in South Carolina. Bummer....

I was just in touch with UT regarding the app crashing. Apparently it has to do with the country settings in the iPhone. Right now it only works with US set as country, with Canada or in my case, Switzerland, it crashes.

But they already sent a new version to Apple which will fix this. Currently, V1.02 is in the app store, the country settings issue will be fixed with V1.03.

So if anyone living outside the US experiences this problem, just change your country setting to the US temporarily and it will work.

UT is doing a great job, they were really responsive to my problem.

I can't imagine they are real, official wait times. Given that they have a contract with Verizon for the mobile magic app I can't imagine they'd be able to provide official information to an Apple app while they still have their agreement with Verizon.
