Undercover Tourist.--What's the process for a refund?

Never mind! Just heard from them and found out it will be six weeks for a 95% refund.

They are an excellent company for that. I bought US tickets a couple of years ago and changed my mind and got a super quick refund with 5% admin fee which is fair enough.

I guess you guys got a correction email also. It said the first one shouldn't have said refund coming in 2 weeks, but rather 2 weeks are added to the original timeframe. Basically to expect it 6 weeks from when they received it.

Yeah, I also got the correction e-mail. No big deal waiting a little longer. Just thankful that I'm getting a refund seeing as we misplaced the tickets!
