Undercover tourist ticket question

just purchased a ticket from undercover tourist and my boyfriend accidentally got it mailed to the house instead of an e-ticket, do they still send you an email with your ticket number or do you have to wait for it to come in the mail? We leave in two weeks and I need to make his fast passes!!!! Help!

I had mine sent by email but I believe I read that if you call UT they can provide you with the ticket numbers that were mailed to you.

I believed I just emailed them and asked them to send me the numbers. They emailed me the numbers back quickly.
