I have used them several times for our personal trips and anytime I help plan or bring someone along we always us UT! I have never had any issues!

We have used UT for a long time with great success. Had heard there were some problems back in March of this year but it sure sounds like they are back on track with great service and prices. As a PP mentioned you should sign up for mousesavers.com to get the monthly newsletter. They have a link in there that gets you to the best discounted prices for tickets (as far as I know its the best).

I must say that all of those complaints a few months ago has me a bit leery of using UT. Our trip isn't until October, and I would like to save the money, but I'm still unsure. Glad to hear they seem to have fixed whatever was wrong.

Very reputable..I have used them for years and used them 2x this March.NO issues ever..I know some people had issues in March..Something to keep in mind..BOTH Disney and Universal increased park ticket prices at the same time .When that happens, UCT gets flooded with ticket orders.Things are bound to be shipped slower or mistakes happening.In fact, I specifically got a notice when I checked out that said.."due to the high volume of orders, tickets MAY take longer to arrive.If you need them sooner ".....

Used them for many years, happily. Used them in March for Easter break this year for Disney and Busch/SeaWorld and service was fast.

I'll add my voice to the echo of favorable ratings for them. They are an authorized Disney ticket seller and so Disney actually does do business with them.

I will also add that making sure to take a photo or write down the ticket numbers is especially important when purchasing tickets through a vendor like UT though. It is a lot harder for Disney to track down that information in the event that you lose the tickets.

I used them last September using the link through Mousesavers. Great price and great service! I was shocked to order them late on a Friday and have them delivered that Monday. The tickets worked great. Would totally use them again if needed!

Yes! I've had no problems both times I've ordered through them.

I used UT many times and never had a problem with their ticket or service. We've bought both the WDW tickets and Universal tickets through them. Actually, just bought another sets of tickets again.

Big Thumbs Up here! We use them whenever we do not purchase Annual Passes (and have for years). I will also be using them for our October trip to purchase my mom's ticket.

yup! we've used them a couple times and the transaction was seamless and the tickets arrived quickly north of the border

Just take a photo or photocopy of the back of the tickets and keep that copy handy in case you lose your tickets. Disney can reprint based on the info on the back --- I know this from personal experience.

I'm sure you've heard from plenty of others already, but I'll add my support for UT.
We've used about 10 times without a problem ever! Great service and slightly discounted prices, I definitely recommend them!
