Hope I'm able to post this here!

Anyone have experience with UT? Is it reputable?? Thinking of getting tickets, but want to make sure we won't run into issues.

UT is VERY reputable. Many people here buy from them including me. ;)

I have used them many times over the years. Absolutely top-rate.

Nothing but positive experiences using UT myself - I've gotten passes for years from them. I just loaded my last card onto my MDE account with no problem.

Great site, I have done business with them for several years buying my attraction tickets and very reputable. They also charge what you see, no tax or shipping added at the end like other sites do.

Yes, very much so. They are an authorized reseller and I've had great luck using them!

I'm surprised someone who has been on these boards for 7 years would say that. :confused3

I am surprised someone could post 77 thousand times anywhere on the web lol. I don't think I have that many facebook, MySpace, texts, personal emails, and personal phone calls combined since I started high school in 1999. That is a crazy amount has me wondering who has the most.

Yep, absolutely! I've used them several times now, and will do so again when I need tickets again! You can feel confident using them. If you need to add a day or more, you can upgrade at the park, easy! :thumbsup2

We had a less than favorable experience in March of this year. They sent the wrong amount of Universal Tix and sent them later than their "stated" date. This caused us to have to scramble. They sort of tried to make it right by emailing us new proper ticket vouchers. But that's where my satisfaction in their recovery ends. We had to take the vouchers to guest services and get them converted to actual ticket media (more lines and time that we could've avoided had they shipped tickets correctly the first time).

Secondly, they required us to send back the wrong tickets on OUR dime. I think that was wrong. It was their mistake.

At this point I'm undecided if I'd use them again. Having to pay for their mistake just doesn't sit so well with me. I realize I am in the minority here. There were a couple threads after this happened to us where people were complaining about the time it took to receive tickets from UT. This was around the time that ticket prices changes for both WDW and Universal. I think a lot of people piped up and defended them, giving them the benefit of the doubt for just being overbusy because of their past more positive reputation.

If you choose to use them, hopefully, you'll find yourself in the majority, where most people are satisfied. We just weren't as lucky.

Would highly recommend UCT!

If you haven't already, sign up for the Mousesavers.com newsletter and receive a special link to UCT's website.

Yes. Just bought our Aug tickets. We received them about 10 days after ordering and then linked them to MDE. Super easy.

We have used UT for a long time with great success. Had heard there were some problems back in March of this year but it sure sounds like they are back on track with great service and prices. As a PP mentioned you should sign up for mousesavers.com to get the monthly newsletter. They have a link in there that gets you to the best discounted prices for tickets (as far as I know its the best).

Good luck:)

@minmate

Could you PM us your last name and first name so we can investigate what happened as asking you to pay for shipping and not sending an appropriate apology for the inconvenience caused by our mistake, is not our usual standards.

Anytime a customer trusts us with their vacation we should repay that trust. We assure you we will work this weekend to resolve this.
We are sorry that it took a message board for us to catch this, however we do sometimes make mistakes especially during busy times when we have some additional staff. This does not mitigate the result for you, it is simply a truth.

Please allow us another chance to address this.

Thank you

Undercover Tourist

Have ordered from them several times and never had any problems. :cool1:
