I just signed up for the newsletter that should come Wednesday, and was planning on buying that day to pick up in Orlando on Friday.

I would love it if you guys would reassure me about buying from UT. I have never used them before and I think my imagination is kind of running wild! I picture me going to pick up the tickets and them not being there, I picture getting to the gate and them telling me they aren't any good...you get the idea!

Help me be more confident in my decision-if any of you have used them previously, I can be sure it's legit, right? If you guys have ordered them through the UPS pickup site, were they there on time?

I have actually used UT. We used them a few years ago for universal tix. I got the 14 day unlimited pass for universal sea world and wet and wild.
I ordered them ahead of time so they came in the mail. They were just as described and we had ABSOLUTLY no problems with using them.

They are a trusted company. Relax prefer your tix and have a wonderful time,

In 2012 I used them 3 times. The first time I used them I actually lost my ticket on the second day, all I had to do was call them and I was able to get my ticket number and Disney was able to replace it. Then the next 2 times my tickets arrived in only a couple days after ordering! I HIGHLY recommended UT
